Nylon PE Top Film Bottom Film Thermoforming Film consists of a top film and a bottom film. The bottom film is heated and thermoformed in a chamber. After this, the product is placed in the shaped packaging, which is then sealed with the top film. This is an efficient process for shaping trays and other types of packaging to fit the product perfectly.

The Co-extruded films for thermoforming packaging are suitable for the packaging of ripe cheese in pieces, speck and other food. This material, with excellent mechanical characteristics and good puncture resistance, provides a “middle” barrier. On demand, film with EVOH can also be supplied.
